Cancellation & Refund Policy

1 General Overview

VidyaConnect Premium operates on a transparent, effort-based service model. Our primary role is to connect parents/students with highly qualified and strictly verified home and online tutors. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the following terms.

2 Registration Fees (Non-Refundable)

The initial registration fees (₹299 for Students/Parents and ₹499 for Educators) are strictly non-refundable. These nominal fees cover the administrative costs associated with background verifications, profile screening, document checking, and the technological cost of maintaining the platform.

3 Tutor Matching Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. We guarantee to provide up to 3 highly verified tutor profiles matching your specific requirements (Subject, Class, Location, and Budget). If you are unsatisfied with the first tutor after the demo class, we will seamlessly provide a replacement without any additional registration charges.

4 Tuition Fees & Settlements

VidyaConnect acts purely as a facilitator and matching platform. We do not collect monthly tuition fees on behalf of the tutors. All monthly tuition fee settlements, negotiations, and payments are to be handled directly between the Parents and the Tutors. VidyaConnect holds no liability for disputes arising over monthly fee payments.

5 Policy Exceptions

In the rare event that VidyaConnect is entirely unable to provide even a single tutor profile matching your requested subject and location within 15 working days of registration, the management may, at its sole discretion, review the case for a potential refund.
