By accessing and using VidyaConnect Premium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2 Platform Role & Limitations

VidyaConnect is an educational networking platform designed to connect independent tutors with parents/students. We are not an employer of the tutors. While we conduct rigorous preliminary document verifications (Aadhar, Academic Certificates), parents are ultimately advised to conduct their own assessment before allowing a tutor into their home.

3 User Obligations (Parents/Students)

Parents agree to provide an honest, safe, and respectful environment for home tutors. Misconduct, harassment, or delayed payments to tutors will result in immediate termination of platform access and potential legal action.

4 User Obligations (Tutors)

Tutors must provide 100% accurate information regarding their qualifications and experience. Tutors represent VidyaConnect's standard of excellence and must exhibit utmost professionalism, punctuality, and dedication. Falsifying documents will lead to a permanent ban and reporting to regulatory authorities.

5 Background Verification

We mandate the submission of government ID proofs and educational certificates for all tutors. However, VidyaConnect does not conduct physical police verifications. We hold no liability for the personal conduct of individuals outside the scope of our verification.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and software infrastructure on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of VidyaConnect Premium. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or copying is strictly prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act.

7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
